Plastservis, a joint-stock company with its registered office in Zlín, ID number 00542512, was founded on 12 June 1990 by signing the founding plan. It was entered into the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Commercial Court in Brno, Section B, Insert No. 46, on 13 June 1990.
We continue the tradition of the Baťa factories and our own production of adhesives for the footwear industry. We have modernized production technologies, developed new formulas and focused on new promising sectors.
We are currently the leading manufacturer of solvent adhesives in the Czech Republic.
We are penetrating new sectors of the plastics, furniture and consumer industries.
We also focus on manufacturers of sports and leisure goods, where gluing is an essential part of the production process.
